6 de Junho e já saiu o primeiro teaser do FIFA 17, que ao que consta irá incluir o Frostbite Engine. Será que vamos ter algo revolucionário ou vai ser mais um ano de muita expectativa e pouco na realidade?

Frame 1 - Stamford Bridge Internal
The first frame of note which zoomed across our screen is this shot of what looks like the internals of Stamford Bridge. EA have gone to town over the last few years adding stadium exteriors, but now with the power of the Frostbite engine, that attention to detail is moving inside.
Frame 2 - Harry Kane Facial Capture
EA have been doing player capture for years now, but the shot below of Harry Kane being video captured in real time rather than still, could have huge ramifications for the way players react facially on the pitch. Could the joy, despair and ecstasy of football about to be captured for real? It will be very interesting to see just how many players EA have managed to record in this way.
Frame 3 - Old Trafford Internal
Another internal shot, but this time the Old Trafford dressing room, which if you watched Soccer Aid last night, you'll see is incredibly well recreated. No Ibrahimovic shirt though??
Frame 4 - JOSE
Managers patrolling the sidelines isn't exactly new to FIFA (the World Cup games had them) but, it is quite incredible to see the level of detail in just the back of Jose Mourinho's head. Again, as with the new facial capture technology, I wonder how many managers will appear in FIFA 17, and that volume will most likely determine just how successful this is. And if the Frostbite engine can handle the re-sculpting of Steve Bruce's gut.
Frame 5 - Martial In-game
Another in-game shot and this time it's the back of poster boy Anthony Martial's head to admire. The main points to pick out in this screen are the improved lighting effects, and just how detailed the kit fabric is. FIFA's kits always look like a wet bin-bag but as you can see here, the leap in quality is substantial.
Frame 6 - James In-game
The only day-time shot we get in the teaser shows James Rodriguez actually on a football pitch, which may not happen much next season. Again it's a back of the head shot (EA are clearly waiting to unleash their new facial capture with a big bang) and again that wonderful shimmering kit.
